The Bear and the Lady Fair

A bear can be quite fun and jolly

When he always gets his way

His lady always leads his folly

Closely guarded, not astray

She tickles him and makes him giggle

Feeds him all his favorite treats

And when she sees him start to wiggle

Sends his troubles to the streets

For when her bear he gets to growling

He can really clear a room

And send her enemies off to howling

A bear’s a handy thing to groom

He carries all her deepest anger

And let’s her singing live in song

Look to her if you’re in danger

Just don’t ever do her wrong

The lady bear keep is clairvoyant

She can intuit every mood

For when the bear is less than buoyant

He will even eat his brood

And that is when she leaves her bear heart

Cuz handy as her lover is

The cubs they are her deepest dears

She’ll dump their daddy in the tizz.
